SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently introducing 45-50% picrylsulfonic acid to experimental animal into blindgut lumen at a dose of 0.8-1.0 ml/kg, 1-1.5% methylene blue aqueous solution at a dose of 1.5-2.0 ml/kg and Nyderal at a dose of 0.5-1.0 mg/kg.
EFFECT: high reproducibility and high accuracy of modeling results.
