FIELD: personal computer hardware, possible use as flat panel display in personal computer monitor and television set.
SUBSTANCE: effect is achieved by introduction of three identical R, G, B color signal channels into composition of light diode display as part of composition of frame code accumulator and block for generation of dispatching signals, and screen glass has number of recesses equal to number of emitting cells, in which emitting cells are positioned element-wise, where each emitting cell is composed of serially positioned white luminescence diode and colored light filter.
EFFECT: prevented high voltage in display, increased trustworthiness of image color rendition on screen and reproduction of quality image in four resolution modes: 1024×768, 1280×1024, 1920×1080, 1600×1200.
