FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill direct reconstruction of the affected part of arterial tract. Moreover, about 10-14 d before the mentioned reconstruction one should carry out osseous tunnelization along the whole length of a limb. Arterial prosthetics should be fulfilled at the part of occlusion situated along the length of a proximal segment and simultaneously one should carry out osseous tunnelization being distally against the above-mentioned limb's segment. The innovation prevents the development of post-surgical complications due to decreased chance for thrombosis ion the reconstructed arterial tract.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
