FIELD: medicine; vascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: selection of prosthesis and stent on balloon catheter is performed, prosthesis end is turned outwards in form of cuff, balloon catheter with stent is passed through prosthesis for 2/3 of stent length, joinable ends of vessel and prosthesis are matched by means of blowing balloon. Anastomosis is formed on the boundary of first and middle parts of popliteal artery. In order to apply "end-to-end" anastomosis, posterolateral wall of artery is cut and anteromedial fistula semi-circumference is formed at the expense of arterial wall. In performing anastomosis end-to side arteriotomy is carried out in lower corner of wound, anastomosis is formed with occlusion of diverting section of femoral artery by blown balloon.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for treating femoral artery occlusion.
