FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tibiomedial access is performed. The soleus muscle is dissected at some distance from the tibia. Then the posterior tibial muscle is separated from the interosseal membrane. The interosseal membrane is dissected crosswise the anterior tibial artery is mobilized.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma to tissue, improve the reliability of shunt protection and to place it in a favorable hemodynamic position.
