FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument engineering and is intended for automatic control of dimensions, surface roughness and product temperature. Tip is made of an optically transparent high-strength material and allows to realize contact and non-contact measurements. In contact measurements, fixed values of the tip displacement into depressions between projections are preset and measurements of the product dimensions, the roughness and the angle of inclination of the surfaces of the protrusions, temperatures of the protrusions and the tip are made, synchronizing on the movement of the depressions and protrusions of the product. In non-contact measurements, similar measurements are made with a gap between the tip and the product. Electrically controlled friction screw mechanism and a reducer are introduced into the device drive. In the first it is used a screw gear with a special thread for progressive active movements of the tip and returnable passive with the possibility of its frictional sliding. Electric signal is controlled by the screw mounting in the screw gear, which determines the frictional sliding parameters of a measuring rod. Reducer allows to control the electric signal by changing the speed of the tip to ensure a large range of its speeds as approaching the product and different stages of processing its processing.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased accuracy of measurements.
