FIELD: slicing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: slicing device comprises body having front wall and rear wall provided with orifice. Front wall is used as advancing plate. Handle for advancing plate movement is inserted in the orifice. Handle has threaded part, head and fixing means. Handle is rotatingly retained in the body. Fixing means is formed to provide fixing means invisibility from outside after fixing means insertion in the body.
EFFECT: extended field of application, minimization of device contamination and simplified cleaning thereof.
