FIELD: general-purpose slicing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: slicing machine has casing, rotating disk knife, feeding plate provided with laying surface for product under cutting process, and mechanism for adjusting cutting width and for moving feeding plate relative to disk knife. Slicing machine is equipped with tension device by means of which device said feeding plate is pressed in gap-free manner to cutting width adjustment mechanism.
EFFECT: simplified construction, uniform thickness of slices and increased efficiency of slicing machine.
