FIELD: transport engineering; trailer-trains.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drives of trailer driving axles. Proposed electropneumatic drive of trailer driving axle includes electric circuits consisting of supply source and wiring and pneumatic lines including compressor, receivers unit and connecting pipelines. Drive is furnished additionally with movable and fixed contains installed on dashboard on prime mover and connected by electric circuit to winding of electromagnetic of electropneumatic valve. Said valve is arranged on roll-under turning bogie of trailer and its is connected by pneumatic lines at one side with receivers unit and compressors, and at other side, with pneumatic turbine installed on driving axle of trailer.
EFFECT: provision of activization of trailer running axle leading to increased cross country capacity of trailer train.
