FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for production of carbon black, fullerene black and fullerenes which can be used in manufacture of diaphragms with proton conduction, active elements, electrodes of lithium cells, pigments and therapeutic materials. According to invention, burners provide carbon black flame of fuel and oxidizer gases at outlet hole formed by one or more heat-resisting elements made of meshed zirconium dioxide, 20-60 pores per 25.4 mm. Burner contains also higher pressure chamber enclosed in liquid jacket and at least one gas mixer. Burning device contains at least one burner, reduced pressure chamber, carbon nanomaterial entrapping system, reaction zone whose temperature is not less than 1000°C formed by heat insulation. Pressure of 20-100 tor is maintained in reduced pressure chamber. Device can be furnished additionally with fuel evaporation chamber where fuel is vaporized before getting into burner and/or higher pressure chamber. Condensed materials are entrapped, and nanomaterials are regenerated from them. Fuel with low pressure of saturated vapor, for instance, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, is used in invention.
EFFECT: reduced cost of production, provision of nanomaterials in amounts sufficient for practical use.
