FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oxygen-fuel burners for application in high-temperature furnaces. Burner contains envelope of cooling flowing medium with external diameter D and tube of oxidiser, located concentrically inside it. Tube of oxydiser has inlet, first part downstream from inlet of oxydiser tube, curved part with curvature angle α from 45° to 120° and second part downstream from curved part of oxydiser tube. Second part of oxydiser tube ends in outlet end and has length L, with 0.8≤L/D≤7. Burner also contains fuel tube, located concentrically in oxydiser tube and having inlet, first part downstream from fuel tube inlet, curved part and second part. Between second part of fuel tube and second part of oxydiser tube oxydiser duct is located. Oxydiser duct has inlet section, intermediate section downstream from inlet section and outlet section downstream from intermediate section, inlet section has area of section Ai, outlet section has area of section A0, with 1.3≤Ai/A0≤5.

EFFECT: prevention of early mixing of oxydiser and fuel, overheating of nozzle.
