FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for combustion of a fuel and oxidising mixture in process of a strongly exothermal reaction comprises a reactor (1) with a combustion chamber, including at least one first and at least one second porous materials in separate zones. Besides, zones are made with the possibility of exothermal reaction only in the second zone, and equipped with one or several supply pipelines for fuel and oxidant. The zone A(2) made of the first porous material is separated with a gap in 10-4000 mm, creating a zone B(4), from the zone C(3) made of the second porous material, and in direction of flow of the fuel and oxidising mixture it is arranged vertically, the zone A(2) is located above the zone B(4) and the zone C(3), besides, the zone C(3) is arranged on a bearing lattice (7). The bearing lattice (7) is additionally cooled with a heat exchanger (11) arranged underneath. In the zone B(4) there is a temperature monitoring device (6) and an ignition device, if required. The temperature monitoring device (6) is an infrared sensor. There is a pre-mixing chamber (5) for a fuel and oxidising mixture.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure stability of combustion, prevention of backfire, thermal balance between gas and solid phases, intensive mixing inside a porous body.
