FIELD: the invention refers to the apparatus of food industry namely to the equipment for concentration of liquid and receiving of dry food products by evaporating and drying in vacuum and may be applied in the conditions of small enterprises and in farmers' economies.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement for removal of moisture in vacuum has an evaporating chamber with a water jacket, an electric heater and a thermal regulator installed in a cell fulfilled with possibility of rotating around the symmetry axis and equipped with a drive of oscillating motion under the angle of 180Ο around the symmetry axis, a horizontal condenser, a pipe line, a collector of condensate and a pump. At that in the inset of the pipeline connecting the horizontal condenser with the collector of condensate a vertical condenser is included.
EFFECT: increases effectiveness of the arrangement due to reducing temperature of condensate.
