FIELD: technological processes, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment of food industry, namely, to the equipment for concentration of liquid and production of dry food products by means of their evaporation and drying in vacuum and may be used in conditions of small enterprises that are not provided with steam supply. The device for removal of moisture in vacuum consists of evaporator chamber, steam line, condenser, pipeline, collector of condensate and pump, at that inside the evaporator chamber on the top cover there is a mist extractor.
EFFECT: increases efficiency of device for moisture removal in vacuum by means of condensate protection against spray of boiling product.
