FIELD: heating systems, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry devices, and namely to equipment meant for concentrating liquid food products and producing dry food products by their being evaporated and dried under vacuum, and can be used at small enterprises where there is no steam supply. Vacuum evaporation device includes an evaporator chamber installed in the cell made with the possibility of turning about horizontal axis and rotating about symmetry axis, a condenser, a condensate receiver, and a pump; at that between condensate receiver and pump there installed is a trap for liquid phase with operating volume, which exceeds the volume of oil supplied to the pump.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of the device owing to protection of pump against penetration of drip phase of evaporated liquid, and condensate receiver from possible oil slobbering from the pump.
