SUBSTANCE: method involves determining α1-proteinase inhibitor activity level in patient sperm. The α1-proteinase inhibitor activity level growing from 0 to 5.0 IU/ml, chronic abacterial prostatitis of non-inflammatory nature is diagnosed. The value being 15.0 IU/ml and higher, inflammatory form of chronic abacterial prostatitis is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of differential diagnosis.
