METHOD FOR PREDICTING ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/02

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out daily monitoring of arterial pressure (DMAP) at measuring heart rate (HR) and double product (DP) in daytime and nocturnal period, the values for morning increase of systolic arterial pressure (V MI SAP), daily index of systolic arterial pressure (DI SAP). One should sample venous blood to detect the content of total cholesterol (TCH) in blood plasma, obtain thrombocytic membranes to detect the content of dienic conjugates (DC) in them. Then one should calculate coefficient of probability of the event P=e^y(1+e^y), where e=2.72 (mathematical constant), and y-equation of logistic regression: y=3.77+HR(d)×0.342+HR(noct.)×(-0.592)+DI SAP×0.446+V MI SAP×(-0.043)-DP(d)×0.508+DP(noct.)×0.653+TCH×0.016-DCthr×0.003. At P>0.5 one should detect the availability of ICD in patients with AH at metabolic disorders (MD). The innovation enables to increase information value of noninvasive ICD diagnostics in patients with arterial hypertension and metabolic disorders.
