FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. The method involves general baths and speleotherapy with underlying standard drug therapy. In the morning hours, the artificial general siliceous baths are taken. The baths have the metasilicic sodium salt concentration of 50-100 mg/l at bath water temperature 36-37°C for 10-15 minutes. That is followed by a 30-40-minute rest. During afternoon, a 40-60-minute therapy is performed in an artificial sylvinite speleochamber. The procedures are daily, 5 times a week with a pause of 2 days. The therapeutic course is 7-10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides the higher clinical effectiveness ensured by the potentiated one-way action of hydrosilicic acid and therapeutic factors of climatic speleotherapy, providing electrolytic and lipid metabolism correction, having an hypotensive, cardio- and organoprotective effect, preventing target organ injury and further progression of the disease, improving body adaptation, and prolonging remission.
