SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiology. Biophysical and biochemical parameters of patient's organism are determined. Simultaneous measurement of systemic arterial pressure on left and right shoulders, left and right ankles is performed in order to determine values of ankle-shoulder index in left and right halves of body and rate of pulse wave spread in left and right halves of body. Age-related changes of cardiovascular system of human organism are assessed by value of ankle-shoulder index and indices of measurements at the moment of said pulse registration, as well as by indices of state of central and peripheral hemodynamics, change of heart geometry, cardiovascular system work and rate of age-related changes and their interrelation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise systemic and complex assessment of age-related changes of cardiovascular system of human organism, carry out deeper pathogenetic analysis of age-related changes, as well as to determine rate of cardiovascular system aging in case of various disorders.
