FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, especially to gastroenterology, and is created to evaluate gastroduodenal complex function in children with fault digestion. Method involves ultrasound examination of gastroduodenal system after receiving the physiological load, determination of parameters of evacuation, performing comparative analysis with definition of digestive functions of gastroduodenal complex. Novelty is that the physiological load is prescribed taking of liquid supply nutridrink in an amount of 150-200 ml. And during ultrasonic analysis area of pyloric part of the stomach is spotted by common technique through 30, 60, 90 and 120 min after taking meal. While doing this, a doctor also spot the area of cross and longitudinal sections of the pyloric portion of stomach, by sizes of which the characteristic length of the pyloric portion of stomach are described, one performs comparative analysis of each next result to the previous one, and if it's detected that taken exponents got smaller in dynamics, then functions of gastroduodenal complex may be called normal, and if oppositely directed deviations are spotted, the it is impaired function of gastroduodenal complex-biliary reflux. Different versions of motor-evacuation function of the stomach let either exclude duodenogastric reflux or identify its existence and do all the necessary therapy.
EFFECT: method extends the amount of received information about the state of gastroduodenal complex, which allows to optimize treatment, method is noninvasive, economically accessible.
