SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect inoculating efficiency with H. pylori in bulbar and postbulbar duodenal departments, carry out histological survey of the bioptate of ulcerous edge, postbulbar department and at inoculating efficiency of duodenal mucosa being 8000 bacteria in visual field and higher, at detecting gastric metaplasia in the bioptates of ulcerous edge, in bioptates of pyloric sphincter of atrophied smooth muscle cells along with hyperplasia of loose connective tissue with single blood vessels, fibroblasts, lymphocytes and macrophages and at deformity of a part of smooth muscle cells and affected contractile structures of cytoplasm being undied with methylene blue while treating histological preparations one should predict the development of decompressed pylorostenosis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
