FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used for determining the indications for a therapy of postoperative gastrointestinal anastomotic stenosis experimentally. A method involves forming an anastomosis in rats preliminary. Then 5 days after the operation, a comparative electromyography of overlying and underlying departments of the gastrointestinal tract at 0.7 and 2.5cm respectively above and below the anastomosis. If observing an electromyography slow-wave frequency by 10-20% and amplitude by 10-25% in the overlying department as compared to the normal value, and if reducing an EMG slow-wave frequency by 10-15% and amplitude by 20-30% in the underlying department as compared to the normal value, a therapy with mesenchymal stem cells and/or Remicade by needling the anastomosis around is considered to be indicated.
EFFECT: method provides determining the indications for the selected stenosis treatment factors more accurately.
