SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Perform non-penetrating deep sclerectomy (NPDS). During NDSE additionally make from 1 to 10 isolated micro openings in the inner wall of Schlemm's canal with a diameter of 50 mcm. Number of micro openings shall be increased until it becomes possible to visually determine an increase in filtration level during slight drying of zone of the incisional wound. Introduce into the intrascleral and subconjunctival space an absorbable gel drainage. Introduce low-molecular viscoelastic into the anterior eye chamber to achieve normal tonus.
EFFECT: method provides for smooth and gradual reduction of intraocular pressure with prolonged hypotensive effect.
