FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology. In order to restore the outflow of intraocular fluid after antiglaucomatous surgery, needling of the filtration bleb is performed. For this purpose, YAG laser descemetogoniopuncture is performed in the area of surgery from the angle of the anterior chamber, forming a surgical fistula. No earlier than after 3 days, the level of target intraocular pressure (IOP) is determined and compared with the values of IOP in accordance with the stage of open-angle glaucoma: stage I - 20 mm Hg, stage II - 15 to 17 mm Hg, stage III - 10 to 14 mm Hg. If the level of IOP exceeds the stated values by more than 3 mm Hg, needling of the filtration bleb is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures long-term preservation of the hypotensive effect with minimal complications.
