FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining RP and V meridians state by measuring biologically active point conductivity after Nakatani. Predominating disorder type is determined like liquor hyperproduction or its absorption reduction. Marked sypathticotonia conclusion is drawn, if mean biologically active point conductivity level is distinguished by electric current intensity greater than 80 mcA. RP meridian hypofunction or hyperfunction state indicates liquor hyperproduction as a result of vascular plexuses dysfunction or their organic injury. V meridian dysfunction state indicates liquor absorption reduction as a result of pacchionian bodies dysfunction. V meridian dysfunction state indicates liquor absorption reduction as a result of organic injury of pacchionian bodies and meninges. Articular biologically active points and craniotherapy zones conductivity is additionally measured. Treatment is carried out by means of electroreflexotherapy with DC of negative polarity in sedative treatment mode or in supplying alternating positive and negative polarity pulses in tonic treatment mode with 2-6 s long pulse duration. Short circuit current intensity both in sedative and tonic treatment mode is equal to 40-120 mcA. Liquor hyperproduction as a result of vascular plexuses dysfunction being the case, direct or mediated tonic mode treatment is applied to meridian RP. Liquor hyperproduction as a result of vascular plexuses organic injury being the case, mediated sedative mode treatment is applied to meridian RP. Liquor absorption reduction as a result of pacchionian bodies dysfunction being the case, direct or mediated tonic mode treatment is applied to meridian V. Liquor absorption reduction as a result of pacchionian bodies organic injury being the case, mediated sedative mode treatment is applied to meridian V. Control biologically active points are used for treating the syndrome. Accomplice points, luo-points, tonic points, sympathetic points and connection points are treated. To treat syndrome consequences, selected specific and auricular biologically active points and craniotherapy zones like vertigo zone, vision zone, initiative zone are stimulated. Direct tonic treatment is applied to RP meridian or V meridian via accomplice points, tonic points, sympathetic points. Mediated tonic treatment is applied to RP meridian or V meridian via accomplice points, luo-points, tonic points, sympathetic points and connection points. Treatment procedures are applied every day in 40-60 min long sessions. The total treatment course is 13-18 sessions long.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable remission.
