SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes large number of scrubbing chambers where liquid for scrubbing technological gas is housed. Each scrubbing chamber is made with possibility of passing through it contaminated technological gas fed along feed pipeline and discharging from it scrubbed technological gas through discharging pipeline. Each scrubbing chamber is in the form of scrubbing modules having different scrubbing concepts. Quantity of scrubbing module mounted in parallel allows provide desired flow-though capability of technological gas and quantity of connected in series scrubbing modules provides desired scrubbing degree of technological gas.

EFFECT: effective scrubbing of technological gases regardless of common conditions set by system, possibility for adaptation of apparatus to different soldering systems due to flexibility of system.
