FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly simultaneous manufacture of several parts.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of annealing two cone blanks of different steel kinds; placing one blank into die, then placing more ductile blank with gap providing gap not exceeding 0.5 mm in prepared pack of parts; evacuating space between them and performing their simultaneous shaping at using transmission medium and successively igniting charges of explosion matter beginning from less-diameter charge; setting value and distance from base of each charge depending upon configuration of blank, deformation degree of parts and deflection of part pack at each level of their arrangement from base. It is possible to form simultaneously two parts of similar shape at guaranteed gap in pack between inner surface of outer part and outer surface of inner part.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method.
