FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-lifting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-lifting electromagnets and it can be used for gripping and holding of ferromagnetic materials. Proposed load-lifting electromagnetic contains magnetic circuit with base, inner, and outer poles, control coil, protective plate and insulating filling compound. Inner pole is provided with step widening to its base, and coil has corresponding step narrowing from side of inner pole. Coil is made of two or three successively connected parts. First part is arranged along inner pole between its step and protective plate and is made of copper, and second part of coil is made of aluminum wire of larger gauge.
EFFECT: increased load-lifting capacity of electromagnet.
