FIELD: electrical engineering; materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of load-lifting electric magnets. Proposed electric magnet contains magnetic circuit with internal and internal poles, control coil made of insulated wire in form of ring and bottom potting compound. Coil is made up of three parts. First and third parts, made of copper wire, contain 10-30% of total number of turns and are arranged along internal and internal poles. Second part of coil is placed between first and third parts and is made of large-size aluminum wire.
EFFECT: improved thermal conditions.
