FIELD: public health; accidents medicine; methods of generation of the low-temperature gases used at saving of life of people in accidents and disaster situations.
SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used at saving of the lives of the people in the emergency situations, at the crash landings of the airplanes with the urgent evacuation of the passengers, when it is necessary quickly to fill in the inflatable structure with the gas. The method of generation of the low-temperature gas includes the following operations: charging the body of the gas generator with the liquid gas-generating substance in the form of the mixture of the liquefied diluting gas - carbon dioxide and the liquefied exothermically decomposing gas - nitrogen monoxide and the heating composition in the separate barrel, combustions of the heating up composition and heating by the combustion products of the liquefied gaseous mixture volume in the body of the gas generator for evaporation of the of the liquefied gases of the mixture, initiation of decomposing of the exothermically decomposing gas and feeding of the formed gaseous mixture under pressure to the consumer. At that the volumetric heating of the liquefied gaseous mixture in the body of the gas generator is conducted by the heat radiation from the burning gas-free heating up composition on the basis of molybdenum oxide МоО3. In the capacity of heating up composition apply the metallothermic composition capable to the gas-free combustion and made in the form of the spherical or cubic granules, which after combustion and at thermal shocks save their dimensions and the shape and have no adhesion to each other. The granules of the metallothermic composition include the catalytically active metals in the oxide or metal form, which have been selected out of the group including Co, Cr, Fe, Cu. The thermal energy of the incandescent combustion products of the metallothermic composition is routed in the form of the heat radiation, the heat stock in the condensed heat-carrier medium and in the form of their combinations into the volume of the mixture of the liquefied gases and initiate decomposition of the exothermically decomposing gas from the mixture in the areas of the maximum heating. The invention allows to exclude the possibility of origination of the peak of the pressure in the high-pressure vessel.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the possibility to save the lives of the people in the emergency situations or the situations requiring the urgent evacuation of the people, allows, when it is necessary quickly to fill in the inflatable structure with the gas and to exclude the possibility of origination of the peak of the pressure in it.
