FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in salvage systems, oil-and-gas line remote emergent shutoff means, sprayers of special-purpose fluids in neutralisation of gas emissions, air actuators and firefighting means. Proposed method comprises filtration combustion of porous gas-permeable charge of gas-generating composition based on oxidiser, combustible binder and heat-absorption additive, ejection of hot gas, formation of condensed combustion products as the mix of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapours, forcing ejected gas from combustion zone via charge body in direction of combustion front propagation, and cooling of gases.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances, higher safety, decreased weight and sizes.
