FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly perforators and permeators.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises tubular body with drilling unit arranged therein, mechanisms for body retention on well bore wall and body suspension means. Drilling unit is adapted to rotate and supply drilling means. Body suspension means is made as logging cable. Device also has L-shaped bar arranged inside the body and including a number of plates. The plates are connected with each other through pins provided with bushes from the first bar side. The second plate sides are retained with latches. The latches may releasably connect plates with each other. Slide with drive sprockets is fastened to the first bar side. Support sprockets are secured to the second bar side. Drilling means made as chain with cutting and connection links is mounted on the support sprockets. The links are connected with each other through axes carrying rollers, which are fastened to axes ends. Rollers are in engagement with driving and support sprockets. Guiding means cooperating with bar bushes, drilling means rollers and latches are arranged in bent area of the bar.
EFFECT: increased operational efficiency.
