FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: test bench includes a housing, a shaft, the main platform, on which there installed is an angular velocity metre, an electric motor, the first power amplifier, an annular manifold, an additional platform fixed on the shaft, on which six accelerometers and a measuring sensor of angular velocity is installed; an elastic end current lead containing upper and lower blocks, and golden conductors of power supply, two hermetically sealed reed relays fixed on lower block, a magnet interacting with hermetically sealed reed relays, a cylindrical sleeve suspended in the housing on ball bearing supports coaxially with the shaft, and a rod. Upper block of current lead is fixed on the shaft, and lower block is fixed on the cylindrical sleeve, a torsion bar is arranged in the shaft cavity and attached with its lower end to an end face of a hollow shaft section and with its upper end to the rod middle part. A tracking mechanism includes a pulse inching motor and a gear transmission; at that, the inching motor is fixed on the housing through a shock absorber; an outlet link of the gear transmission is fixed on the cylindrical sleeve coaxial to it. A control unit of the tracking mechanism consists of the first microcontroller, a control driver and the second power amplifier, and a control processor. Besides, the test bench includes an angular encoder containing a disk and two reading optic heads located at an angle of 180° to each other. The test bench includes a conversion unit of power supply, an information conversion unit containing an analogue-to-digital converter, a programmed logic integral diagram, a BPI bus and the second microcontroller with an interface providing remote transfer of information, and a signal receiver.
EFFECT: improving reproduction accuracy of angular velocities.
