FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining medium mass molecules concentration in single urine sample at the first day of life using sepctrophotometric approach at wavelength of 254 nm. The value being equal to or greater than 0.5 ODU, ischemic neuropathy occurrence in early neonatal period is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy and sensitivity of method.
