METHOD OF PREDICTING RISK OF DEVELOPMENT OF KIDNEY PATHOLOGY IN NEWBORN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2484762 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to perinatology, and can be used for composing risk of formation of kidney pathology in a newborn baby for carrying out primary prophylaxis. Assessment of degree of aggravation of pregnant woman anamnesis, degree of hypoxia severity and degree of drug load on fetus and newborn baby, respectively, are performed by Keiner scale, CTG and/or Apgar scale and neonatal NTISS scale. Number of points 20-29 by Keiner scale is assessed as 0 degree of risk of kidney pathology development, lower than 19 points - 1 degree of risk. Number of points equal 12 in CTG assessment is evaluated as 0 risk degree, 8 and lower - as 1 degree. Number of points 8-10 by Apgar scale at the 1-st minute is assessed as 0 risk degree, 6-7 points - as 1-st degree, 3-5 points - as 2-nd degree, lower than 3 points - as 3-rd degree. Number of points by NTISS scale lower than 1 is assessed as 0 risk degree, from 1 to 12 points - as 1-st degree; 13-20 points - as 2-nd degree, 21-30 points - as 3-rd degree, more than 30 points - as 4-th risk degree. If total risk degree is from 1 to 8, high risk of formation of kidney pathology in a newborn baby is fixed, the higher is the total risk degree, the higher is probability of kidney pathology development.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to assess degree of risk of kidney pathology development.
