FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and neonatalogy and can be used to predict child-birth ischemic-hypoxic CNS involvements. Systolic-diastolic ratio of blood circulation curves in fetal medial cerebral artery during and out of labours is recorded by intranatal Dopplerometry. The derived values are substituted in the formula: F=2.91/P-4.21/R2, where F is a prediction criterion; P is a systolic-diastolic ratio of blood circulation curves in fetal medial cerebral artery during labours; R is a systolic-diastolic ratio of blood circulation curves in fetal medial cerebral artery during labours. If F exceeds 0.48, risk of perinatal ischemic-hypoxic CNS involvements is predicted.
EFFECT: method is simple and precise, allows for screening inspection of woman in labour to predict child-birth ischemic-hypoxic CNS involvements.
