SUBSTANCE: method involves determining tumor necrosis factor-α and interferon-γ in patient blood serum when admitting him/her in hospital. Then, the same values are measured during dynamic monitoring period 1 month later and when needed 6 months later after the admission. Another version involves determining interleukine-2 and interleukine-4 in patient blood serum when admitting him/her in hospital. Then, the same values are measured during dynamic supervision period 1 month later and when needed 6 months later after the admission.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis based on primary examination data and at the second supervision month.
