FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for prediction of the clinical course of hypoxic-ischemic central nervous system injury in infants of the mothers having suffered foeto-maternal disease and obstructed labours, blood serum is examined for INF-γ, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-10, BDNF, sICAM-1, MAG AB to calculate a prognostic coefficient by formula: p=0.30+X1·0.00040+X2·0.00010+X3·(-0.00023)+X4·0.00009+X5·(-0.00011)+X6·0.00001+X7·0.00001, wherein p is the prognostic coefficient; X1 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum INF-γ; X2 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum TNF-α; X3 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum IL-4; X4 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum IL-10; X5 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum sICAM-1; X6 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum BDNF; X7 is a numerical value of newborn's blood serum MAG AB. If the prognostic coefficient p falls within the range of 0.51 to 1.0, a high risk of the unfavourable clinical course of cerebral hypoxia-ischemia is predicted.
EFFECT: using the given method enables forming the risk groups of the development of the unfavourable clinical course of cerebral hypoxia-ischemia in infants with correcting the detected disorders prior to preventing the formation of severe disabling disorders.
