SUBSTANCE: simulation method for metal 1 whose temperature T is directly or indirectly influenced at least by means of one actuating organ 2 controlled according to regulation action S. Material models 5 set regulation action S and initial values (T_A,p1_A,p2_A) for temperature of metal 1 and percentage phase contents in which metal 1 is present at least in first or respectively in second phase. In material model 5 taking into account said values, heat conductance equation and conversion equation are decided in real time for determining proposed values of (Te, p1_E,p2_E). In limits of conversion equation free Gibbs' enthalpies (G1, G2) of metal phase are determined in order to determine metal 1 conversion rate from first phase to second phase and therefore to determine proposed percentage contents (p1_E, p2_E).

EFFECT: improved simulation results, enhanced reliability, possibility for processing unknown classes of material and matters.
