FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to computer modelling parametres of state (Z) of volume of steel (13), temperature of which is directly or indirectly effected. Chemical composition of steel including general relative contents of interstitial elements are loaded to the computer. Volume of steel (13) is modelled in computer (1) by means of multitude of volume elements (14). For the said elements of volume for enthalpy (e), relative contents of austenite phase (pA), relative contents of ferrite phase (pF) and relative contents of cementite (pZ) at certain moment of time (t) there are determined characteristic values (e, pA, cA), where (e) is enthalpy, (pA) is relative contents of austenite phase in the element of volume (14), (cA) is concentration of interstitial elements in austenite phase locally constant inside a corresponding volume (14). By solving equation of heat conductivity and equation of phase transformation there are determined time response of characteristic values and (pF) and (pZ) on their base for at least one of elements of volume (14). The computer calculates and models volume of steel (13) on base of multitude of states of corresponding elements of volume (14) outputting parametres (Z) of volume of steel (13).

EFFECT: simplified process of modelling and improved results.
