SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, when a client initiates a voice connection to call processing center operator, network address of the client is determined, by means of which probable concrete territorial zone is associated with the client, call of the client is redirected to the group of operators who service corresponding territorial zone and set up connection to free operator.
EFFECT: increased speed when servicing voice calls of clients in data transmission network with simultaneous expansion of functional capabilities of call processing centers.
