SUBSTANCE: method to route connections, including usage of a system comprising a switching unit arranged as connected with telecommunications networks and performing switching of at least one voice call received from a subscriber-calling device, to at least one user device related with at least one delivery address, and additionally a unit of personal settings storage and a unit of service logistics are used, the latter is also connected to a switching unit, a unit of personal settings control connected with telecommunications networks and to the unit of personal settings storage, at the same time a user is additionally assigned a unique identifier for association of at least one delivery address with it; voice calls are switched by initial rejection of a received call, further, by a control signal from a service logics unit, realisation of either a connection prohibition or a further generation of calls to a subscriber-calling device and at least to one device related to at least one active delivery address, and establishment of a connection between these devices.
