SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, components of combined image are generated in charge form on targets of first ands second television sensors with different exposition times, optimal for each one of transmitted scene fragments.
EFFECT: expanded dynamic range of brightness levels for control objects, transmitted in combined image outside the "window" by increasing signal/noise ratio for dark and/or low light details of objects.
