FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, pulsed magnetization means for stimulating of plant development.

SUBSTANCE: plant development activator has vehicle, vehicle-borne electric mains, flat spiral-wound inducer comprising three coils, each formed as double spiral of current-conductive wires wound in single direction. Leading portions of each of said double spirals are joined together, while ends of each of said coils are connected in series with one another and connected to output of current pulse generator. Coils are arranged at both sides of flat dielectric panel. Center of projection of one coil onto opposite side of arrangement of two other coils is positioned in the middle of center-to-center distance of coils along vertical axis of symmetry. Flat dielectric panel with three coils is placed in bearings along axis parallel to longitudinal axis of vehicle so that it may be rotated and fixed. Bearings are located within receptacles of telescopic poles.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of apparatus and improved yield of farm crops.
