FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of electronic warfare (EW) for temporary or complete disabling of components of radio electronic systems (RES) of an enemy during combat operations. Device for functional destruction of radioelectronic systems, made with possibility of placement in means of delivery to hit target, comprises dielectric channel, in which there is at least one permanent magnet with possibility of longitudinal movement. One end of the channel is closed by an electrically conducting wall facing the nose part of the delivery device, and the inner space of the channel is filled with gas or a mixture of gases, the amount of which satisfies the condition of occurrence of an avalanche discharge and gas breakdown during its compression. Along the channel there are at least two inductance coils with windings opposite to each other around the channel. Device also has a storage capacitor, the anode of which is electrically connected to the said magnet, and the cathode is connected to the nose part of the delivery device and/or to the electrically conducting end wall of the dielectric channel.
EFFECT: high efficiency of electronic warfare equipment based on the effect of radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation (RFEMR).
