FIELD: agriculture, in particular, process for propagation of seed potato.

SUBSTANCE: method involves growing super-super elite and super elite material in summer crops and growing after-effect elite material in spring crop; for setting of super-super elite material, using improved material from cultivation constructions; for setting of super elite nursery, using planting material produced from super-super elite, which is stored at the first stage (October-February) in potato storage equipped with natural supply-and-exhaust ventilation system, and at second stage (March-July) - in refrigeration chamber, with optimal storage mode being observed; for setting of elite nursery, using planting material produced from super elite which is stored only in autumn-winter rotation in potato storage; in early spring, transporting planting material for vernalization.

EFFECT: provision for keeping high quality of improved material, and increased yield of potato.
