SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to potato cultivation. Method includes obtaining improved potato plants for propagation (intermediate product), potato mini-tubers (intermediate product), tubers of super – super-quality stock seeds (intermediate product), tubers of super-quality stock seeds (intermediate product), tubers of stock seeds (intermediate product), tubers of primary field generation (final product). In this case, meristem plants are grown in tubes of various diameters made of glass or plastic. After cutting grafting, stock plants and plants of high generations are grown in parallel in time on liquid nutrient solutions – the Knopp medium on a continuous automatic line consisting of synchronously operating blocks.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the productivity and improve the growth conditions of the plants being grown.
