FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing rods into medullary canal from the proximal ulnar joint end surface 2-3 cm from each other, through the proximal metaphysis in parallel to longitudinal bone axis into fracture zone. The rods are introduced into the distal metaphysis to a depth of 15 mm, 10 mm and 5-7 mm, respectively.
EFFECT: high fixation reliability.
