FIELD: cigarette packs.
SUBSTANCE: cigarette pack comprises box-like section 10 and hinged lid 11 made of thin cardboard. In closed position vertical pack edges 29, 30 and transversal edges 31-34 are created. In one embodiment longitudinal edges 29, 30 and/or transversal edges 31-34 are made as extension 35 directed outwards and having cross-section equal to approximately 3/4 of circumference of circle. In another embodiment longitudinal edges 29, 30 and/or transversal edges 31-34 are made as reverse extension facing inwards. Reverse extension has cross-section shaped as 1/4 of circumference of circle.
EFFECT: increased pack stability and resistance to mechanical impacts.
