SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of 3-thia-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (1b) or 6-methyl-3-thia-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (1a) or 5-[2-(1,3,5-dithiazinane-5-yl)-1-methylethyl]-1,3,5-dithiazinane (2a) of formulae (1a, b): 
wherein R mean (a) - CH3; (b) - H, and (2a): 
. Method involves interaction of hydrogen sulfide-saturated formaldehyde solution with 1,2-diaminopropane or 1,2-diaminoethane in the molar ratio 1,2-diaminopropane (or 1,2-diaminoethane) : formaldehyde solution : hydrogen sulfide = 1:6:4, respectively, at temperature 0°C in synthesis of 3-thia-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (1a) and 6-methyl-3-thia-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (1b), or at temperature 80°C in synthesis of 5-[2-(1,3,5-dithiazinan-5-yl)-1-methylethyl]-1,3,5-dithiazinane (2a) at stirring for 3 h. Synthesized compounds can be used as selective sorbents and extractants of precious metals, special reagents for inhibition of vital activity of microorganisms in different media.
